Historic Restoration in Charlestown

Our Historic Restoration in Charlestown will soon be coming to a close. Our client was adamant about restoring the historic charm that made him fall in love with the space.

Custom millwork was created to match the existing trim detail perfectly (minus 100 coats of paint!) for all interior and exterior trim.

The hardwood floors were found salvaged at a local salvage yard and were a perfect match to the existing floors.

We updated the entire home to make it more energy efficient with new windows and insulation.

The CE Homes Team completely modernized the floor plan by removing walls and installing steel beams. The kitchen space more than doubled with the installation of custom cabinets and a beautiful island. We also added a half bathroom which will truly make this home more functional.
